Industree Foundation is delighted to share the ongoing journey of the Regenearth Inclusive Leadership Program, a flagship initiative designed to strengthen the leadership and operational capacities of mission-driven organizations across the globe. This practitioner-led, cohort-based program empowers social enterprises, NGOs, accelerators, and institutions through immersive peer learning, digital simulations, and exposure to best practices from across the development sector.

Regenearth to date has engaged with 136 organizations across 14 countries, fostering a vibrant and interconnected ecosystem of changemakers committed to inclusive and regenerative development. Now in its 7th cohort, the program brings together 34 organizations and 42 participants from India, Sri Lanka, and Africa, spanning a wide range of sectors including livelihoods, handloom and fashion, training and development, insurance, education, and waste management. While their areas of focus may differ, these organizations are united by a shared commitment to sustainability, equity, and community empowerment.
Currently in Plenary 4, the cohort is actively engaging in dialogues and simulations that encourage reflection, collaboration, and innovation. The diversity within the group enriches the experience, offering unique perspectives and fostering partnerships that transcend geographies and sectors.
At its heart, Regenearth is about more than just capacity-building — it’s about cultivating a new kind of leadership: one that is empathetic, inclusive, and responsive to the complex challenges of our time. As we continue this journey, we are inspired by the passion and purpose of our participants and look forward to the transformative impact they will create within their communities and beyond.
