Admin & HR Executive
Full Time/ Bangalore, Karnataka/ By or Before Aug 2025
Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors, clients, and guests
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Assist with basic book-keeping tasks
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff
• Prepare and distribute meeting materials
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Coordinate with caretakers to ensure cleaning & maintenance of office.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude

• Discretion and confidentiality
• Basic accounting knowledge (preferred)
Working Conditions:
• Occasional overtime may be required
• Primarily seated at a desk in a professional office environment
