State Operations Manager
Full Time/ Bangalore, Karnataka/ By or Before March 2025
Roles & Responsibilities
Foster and maintain strong partnerships with the State Rural Livelihood Mission
(SRLM).
● Provide technical assistance and capacity building to SRLM teams at all levels.
● Oversee program implementation, ensuring timely execution and monitoring of
activities.
● Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
● Enhance internal and external communication and collaboration.
● Prepare comprehensive program documentation and reports.

or any other relevant discipline
Work Experience
● Minimum 5+ years experience working on field-based projects
